The China Council for International Investment Promotion released an initiative at the Overseas Investment Fair 2026 that opened in Shanghai on Mar 26, calling on global partners to join hands in fostering an open, inclusive, mutually beneficial and win-win overseas investment cooperation ecosystem. The Yangtze River Delta Overseas Investment Promotion Center (YRDOIPC) in SIP is one of the initiators.

The center, founded in 2019, provides one-stop support for cross-border investment, aiming to facilitate two-way flow of technology, talent and capital between the Yangtze River Delta (YRD) region and other regions worldwide.

In the future, the center will give full play to its pioneering practices in cross-border investment services to support the implementation of the initiative.
