With heartwarming talent policies, considerate services, and a robust industrial ecosystem, SIP is seeing increasingly accelerated talent concentration.

There are now 14 free accommodation sites across the park that offer two-night temporary stay along with policy information and career guidance to eligible young job hunters.

        Since Jan 1, SIP has eased the conditions for its “housing coupons”, enabling talents to realize their dream of owning a home more quickly. Meanwhile, SIP continues to offer subsidies for employers and high-level talents they have employed.

Apart from that, SIP frequently organizes various job fairs to bridge talent demand and supply, and take the initiative to learn about enterprises’ needs and offer assistance in recruitment.

SIP has also enhanced efforts to attract new industrial projects which can bring in not only cutting-edge technologies and advanced business management philosophies, but also top professionals.
