A seminar on trade secret protection, sponsored by the trade secret protection steering station at Yangtze River Delta Sci-Tech Essential Factors Exchange in collaboration with several other organizations, was held at NānNān PARK, SIP on Mar 31. The event brought together several senior experts and over 60 enterprises’ representatives to explore trade secret-related risk prevention and compliance management strategies.
The experts analyzed risks in supply chain cooperation and technology out-licensing, proposed countermeasures, and provided guidance on establishing compliance systems.

During the later roundtable discussion, five experts had in-depth dialogues on supply chain risks, confidentiality boundaries in outbound technology transfer and other issues concerning trade secret protection, and offered enterprises suggestions for addressing related challenges based on their actual conditions.
The Overseas Trade Secret Protection Casebook, compiled by SIP Market Supervision Bureau, was released.
