An intelligent building service management platform developed and used in SIP was declared one of Suzhou’s first Typical “AI+” Application Scenarios at the 2026 China Conference for Development of Digital Economy.
The platform, a nationwide pioneering project, is designed to promote digitalization and intelligentization of building service management.
With 12 million pieces of data on more than 1,200 buildings across SIP, the platform helps efficiently match leasers and leasees, and detect risks in business operations, such as those in finance and employment.
