Sponsored by Sungent SCZD, a member within SIP-based multi-business conglomerate Sungent Group, the 1st Sailing Times AIGC Creation Competition kicked off in Suzhou Industrial Park-Xiangcheng District Cooperative Economic Development Zone (SIP-XC CEDA) on Apr 8. The event is aimed at promoting deep integration of AI-generated content (AIGC) technology with cultural content production, and enhancing AIGC application within the one-person company (OPC) ecosystem.


Centered around the theme “Letting Imagination Expand Infinitely”, the competition calls for derivative works from AIGC creators based on Baby Bangkok, an AI robot character in the film of the same name directed by Hu Xinyun. It features four categories of awards for various forms of winning productions such as short videos and designs. The submission period runs from Apr 8 to 27.
In addition to cash prizes, the winners will have the chance to receive a customized “Entrepreneurship Support Package” which includes computing power vouchers, office space use right, entrepreneurial mentoring, guidance on applying for leading talent accreditation, and access to investment funds.

At the launch ceremony, the first trailer of the AIGC version of the film “Baby Bangkok” was released.
